Regulation amending the Regulation on veterinary medicinal products.

This Regulation amends and re-edits several parts of the Regulation on veterinary medicinal products (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 30/2009, and already amended by minor amending publications in Gazettes 73/2009, 14/2010, 146/2010, and containing further European Union related adjustments in amending publication from the Gazette 32/2011).
Changes are as follows: after the article 1, a new article 1a is here added, containing the list of five new European Union reference documents that are now adopted into the legislative system of the Republic of Croatia. After the article 3, a new article 3a is added, containing the updated indications on the non-application of this text; in article 1—14 several provisions are adjusted, in relation to the updated requirements and standards. In the rest of the text, many articles are adjusted and contain the references here added.
