Abstract
This Regulation hereby defines the amount of fees for the use of maritime goods, including the correct method for the calculation of such costs, the occurrence of the obligation and the manner of payment of such compensation (also determined by the Ministry responsible for maritime affairs in favor of the county budget in the area of which the boat or yacht is registered).
