Abstract
This Regulation sets the manner for obtaining the exemption of food nutrition declaration, also in full accordance with relevant European Union and Council Directives as listed in articles 1 and 2 of this text (here adopting and implementing the Community updates on such topic).
This text further determines the direct obligations of food business operators and food business entities, also in terms of official controls.
