Abstract
This Regulation prescribes: the procedure for the authorization of panels for the sensory analysis of virgin olive oil, the manner of keeping the register of authorized panel, the lists of evaluators, the conditions of training managers and tasters, the implementation of uniform authorized work panel, and the obligations of the authorized panel.
Panel for the sensory analysis of virgin olive oil in terms of this Regulation is a group of selected and trained evaluators of organoleptic characteristics of virgin olive oil.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
