Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the procedure, terms and conditions for granting the awards for achievements in the field of environmental protection.
Awards and prizes will be given each year on 5 June on the occasion of World Environment Day.
Awards and prizes may be granted for: achievements on prevention of the environmental pollution; best solutions for manufacturing operations in relation to the environment; research and development; development and education (educational process); individual contribution to the development and promotion of environmental protection; contribution to the international cooperation in environmental protection and related affairs; contribution to the professional and other societies, associations and non-governmental organizations in the development and enhancement of the environmental goals and objectives.
