Abstract
This Regulation here determines the criteria for the evaluation of agricultural land and its consequential classification in category of particularly valuable (P1) land and valuable (P2) land.
The basis for evaluating the P1 and P2 land, as well as the land below the prudential value, is based on the values of soil, climate, relief and several other natural parameters and conditions important for agricultural production. This text also sets the rules as regards the P3 and P4 land parcel types (arable land; and different agricultural land parcels).
The Annex is also an integrated part of this publication (list of points used for the classification of land parcels).
