Abstract
This Regulation provides all necessary standards, technical and administrative issues governing various aspects and classification methods related to the boat registration and identification, navigation area, navigation security standards, environmental issues, boat crew, and the program and the methods of examination for the authorized skipper.
The provisions of this Regulation shall apply to boats that sail in the internal waters and territorial sea of the Republic of Croatia, enrolled in a local register of boats.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
