Regulation on charges in accordance with article 74 of the Regulation (EC) no. 1107/2009 and article 42 of the Regulation (EC) no. 396/2005.

This Regulation determines: the amount of compensation in the process of approval of the active substance, the process for the correct and mandatory registration of plant protection products, the process of approval of plant protection products; the procedure, changes and deletions of maximum levels for pesticide residues; the necessary implementation of the registration control programs over registered pesticides and pesticides that are authorized for parallel trade; the implementation of the National Programme for monitoring over the pesticide residues in food, laboratory analysis of samples of plant protection products, plants, plant products or animal products, soil and other objects, food and feed of plant or animal origin during inspection.
