Abstract
This Regulation prescribes full criteria and standards for the correct method of categorization of ports open to public traffic and the conditions for the categorization of special-purpose port, on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
Ports open to public traffic are classified by size and importance for the Republic of Croatia as: 1) ports of special (international) economic interests for the Republic of Croatia; 2) ports of regional significance; 3) ports of local importance.
