Regulation on collecting data and reporting on prices of agricultural products.

This Regulation prescribes the conditions of and the manner for the determination of representative markets with the aim of collecting data on prices and quantities of agricultural products, the conditions which have to be met by natural and legal persons who are obliged to deliver data to TISUP, the type, scope, manner for the delivery of data, deadlines and frequency of the delivery of data, and the manner for the reporting on prices of agricultural products for national needs and the needs of the European Commission.
TISUP is the competent authority for the collection of data on prices and quantities of agricultural products on the domestic representative market, their processing, checking and reporting on prices of agricultural products for the national needs and for reporting to the European Commission.
In collecting and processing data on prices and quantities of agricultural products and in the publication of data on prices of agricultural products, the principle of professional independence, neutral approach, objectivity and reliability considering high quality management standards is applied.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
