Regulation on the collection of native wild species.

This Regulation determines native species of wildlife whose collection or taking from nature, for the purpose of processing and/or further sale, is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Nature Protection Law of the Republic of Croatia (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 80/2013 and 15/2018).
These animal and plant species are not subject to special regulations in the field of hunting and freshwater and marine fisheries, as well as not part of management plans issued on the basis of special needs. This text further sets the maximum quantities in space and time per each specie.
