Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Law on marine fisheries, prescribes: the manner of conducting commercial fishing at sea by diving, which includes the collection of marine organisms and the catching of sea worms; the purpose of certain fishing tools and equipment and space-time restrictions for collection and fishing in certain parts of the fishing sea; the hunting season and minimum size for individual species; the permitted mass of catches of certain species of marine organisms realized in the fishing sea of the Republic of Croatia; the conditions and manner of issuing authorizations for the collection of corals in commercial fishing at sea; the criteria for issuing necessary permits; the content of the Approval form; the conditions under which approvals may be transferred; the content and manner of keeping the register of issued approvals.
