Regulation on the compensation of damages from animals of severely protected species.

This text closely determines the application of permitted actions and damages actions, claims and evidence of damages, criteria for calculating the amount of damages, form and amount of damages to be compensated, way of working and handling of the expert witness, and the procedure and criteria for appointing such expert.
Animals of strictly protected species are designated by the special Regulation on strictly protected species.
