Abstract
This Regulation here officially grants the concession for commercial use of the maritime domain for the purpose of farming of fish species called California trout, in the Velebit Channel area, located on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, on its maritime domain, part of the Adriatic sea (Section I indicates the holder of granted concession object of this text).
The area of the maritime domain for concession for commercial use for the purpose of California trout farming in the Velebit Channel area is bounded by a polygon defined by the coordinate points expressed in the HTRS96 projection (see Section II of the text).
