Abstract
This Regulation hereby grants the official permit for the concession for exploitation of maritime domain in order to build a special commercial purpose port-nautical tourism port in the bay named Luke, on the territory of the Tisno county, Republic of Croatia, as previously authorized by other government decisions.
This Regulation further contains the findings and opinion of the expert body for the evaluation of concessions (reference to state documents); and official mapping and coordinates are also provided by this Regulation (Gauss-Krueger projection).
