Regulation on the concession for the purpose of economic use of maritime domain for the purpose of seafood growing on locations Malostonski Gulf and Malo Sea.

This Regulation officially grants the concession for the economic use of the state maritime domain (coastal zones, sea access) for the purpose of fish farming (white fish and shellfish production, mariculture) as regards the location named Malostonian (Malostonski) gulf and the nearby location named Malo (on the territory of the Republic of Croatia).
The areas of maritime property that are given in concession are defined by the polygon of points whose coordinates are expressed in the Gauss-Krüger projection (article 2 of this text).
