Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all standards and terms of the concession given for the purpose of veterinary and phytopathological control and research on a land parcel and sea territory, part of the “Ploča” County.
The Croatian Government, at the request of the Ministry of Finance, gives the concession for special use of the maritime domain in order to build facilities for the Animal and Plant Control, with the accompanying traffic areas and internal road access to the port, on the part of cadastral parcel 2078/1, County “Ploča”.
