Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the concession obtained in order to increase the security level of the terminal “Omisalj” on the peninsula Ert, Omisalj, on territory of the Croatian Republic.
Maritime domain, which has been considered by this concession for the purpose of special use in order to increase the security level of the terminal Omisalj on the peninsula Ert, Omisalj, also includes a land area parcel of 40,203 m2.
