Regulation on conditions and procedures for obtaining the right to use surface waters to carry out aquaculture activities.

This Regulation hereby provides for all necessary conditions and procedures for obtaining the right to use surface water reserves and resources for the purpose of aquaculture activities in ponds and other aquaculture farms owned or managed by natural or legal persons who are registered for carrying out such aquaculture activities, also when in accordance with rules and issues of family farming.
The grant of the right to use certain Croatian surface water reserves, aimed for carrying out all aquaculture related activities, object of this Regulation, is to be awarded by the competent national institution, here indicated as the Croatian Ministry of Agriculture.
