Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the requirements to be met by the legal and natural persons affecting the right to take up and pursue the provision of services or intermediary services with no direct contact with toxic products.
The provisions of this Regulation apply to the activities of self-employed persons in trade and distribution of toxic products (substances and preparations) and of biological pesticides for use in agriculture which have been excluded from the scope of EU legislation on the establishment of mechanisms for the recognition of professional qualifications.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
