Regulation on the conditions to be met by pet shops and wholesale premises.

This Regulation provides the method of keeping pets in pet stores and wholesale facilities, and sets out the contents and method of keeping of the Register of stores and wholesalers. This text further defines the training of staff and determines the manner for delivering instructions on the characteristics of certain species of animals and on the appropriate way of keeping of such animal species.
The Annex is also part of this publication (containing the list of necessary conditions of containing individual species of animals in shops and wholesale spaces).
