Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and criteria to be met by ports in order to ensure the full environmental and physical security during navigation related activities.
The Regulation further provides for rules related to all sorts of activities and ship and boats presence and movement nearby the port area, in order to ensure full security during docking, mooring and anchoring and in order to prevent the pollution from ships.
