This Regulation provides for complete and necessary standards and conditions aimed to regulate all activities related to the research in specially protected natural areas on the seabed or sea subsoil on the internal waters of the Croatian territory.
This Regulation defines the research as an exploration of the seabed, subsoil, and its living and non-living parts.
Research in protected areas can be performed by domestic and foreign natural and legal persons under the terms of this Regulation.
