Abstract
This Regulation determines the conditions, criteria and manner of granting support within the Priority of the European Union "Promoting environmentally sustainable, resource efficient, innovative, competitive and knowledge-based aquaculture", here in particular the measure II.12. "Animal health and welfare measures", which is also within the Operational Programme for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Croatia for the programming period 2014-2020. The subject of support are activities that shall include the promotion of animal health and welfare in aquaculture enterprises, including prevention and biosecurity.
This text is accordance with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 508/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund and repealing Council Regulations (EC) No 2328/2003, (EC) No 861/2006, (EC) No 1198/2006 and (EC) No 791/2007 and Regulation (EU) No 1255/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council, is indicated as reference text setting the criteria for eligibility.
The Annex is part of this publication (Annexes I, ii and II, containing the list of selection criteria; intensity of indicated public support; and method scheme for calculation of compensation of lost value).
