Regulation on the conditions, criteria and manner of granting aid under measure IV.4. "Processing of fishery and aquaculture products (COVID-19)".

This Regulation determines the conditions, criteria and manner of granting aid within the European Union priority "Promotion of placing on the market and processing", measures IV.4. "Processing of fishery and aquaculture products - COVID-19" within the implementation of the Operational Programme for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Croatia for the programming period from 2014 until 2020; and further in accordance with several European Union acts as listed in article 1. The subject of this kind of aid is a compensation to processors of fishery and aquaculture products in relation to the reduced value of sales and/or reduced working capital, as for increased operational costs incurred due to the outbreak of COVID-19 in the period: from 1 March to 30 June 2020; and/or b) from 1 July to 31 December 2020. The beneficiary of this aid is a food business operator performing the activity such as processing of fishery and aquaculture products on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
