Regulation on the conditions, criteria and manner of granting aid under measure II.2./II.3./II.4. "Productive Investments in Aquaculture".

This Regulation determines the conditions, criteria and method of granting support within the priorities of the European Union "Promoting environmentally sustainable, resource efficient, innovative, competitive and knowledge-based aquaculture", here in particular for measures II.2./II.3./II.4. "Productive investments in aquaculture" within the implementation of the Operational Programme for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Croatia for the programming period 2014-2020, and further in accordance with the provisions of several European Union related documents as indicated (article 1). The subject of support is investing in aquaculture and aquaculture products with the aim of promoting environmentally sustainable, resource efficient, innovative, competitive and knowledge-based aquaculture. The granted support shall be obtained for investments that are aimed at increasing the overall production and/or modernization of existing aquaculture enterprises, or for building new ones.
