Regulation on the conditions, criteria and manner of granting aid under measure IV.4. "Processing of fishery and aquaculture products".

This Regulation, as in accordance with the Croatian Law on marine fisheries, determines the conditions, criteria and manner of granting support within the implementation of measure IV.4. "Processing of fishery and aquaculture products" indicated as one of the priorities of the European Union "Promotion of marketing and processing", part the implementation of the Operational Programme for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Croatia for the programming period 2014-2020, and further in accordance with provisions of Regulation (EU) no. 508/2014 of the European Parliament. The subject of support is investments in the processing of fishery and aquaculture products.
