Regulation on the conditions, criteria and manner of granting aid under measure I.1. "Innovations".

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Law on marine fisheries, determines the conditions, criteria and manner of granting support within the Priority of the European Union "Promoting environmentally sustainable, resource efficient, innovative, competitive and knowledge-based fisheries", here for measure I.1. "Innovations" within the implementation of the Operational Programme for Fisheries of the Republic of Croatia for the programming period 2014-2020, and further in accordance with the provisions of several European Union legislative documents as listed in article 1. The subject of support are those activities carried out with the aim of introducing or developing new or significantly improved products and equipment, procedures, techniques and management and organization systems in fisheries, including those at the level of processing and placing on the market of fishery products. The beneficiary of the support may be: a) the owner/holder of the privilege for commercial fishing at sea and freshwater; b) a legal or natural person, a food business operator in accordance with a special regulation, who is the user of an approved or registered facility for processing fishery products from commercial fishing at sea or freshwater; c) common user; d) scientific body.
