Regulation on the conditions, criteria and manner of granting aid under measure IV.3. "Placing fishery and aquaculture products on the market".

This Regulation on development fees, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on marine fisheries and Law on aquaculture, determines the conditions, criteria and manner of granting support under measure IV.3. "Placing on the market of fishery and aquaculture products" within the priorities of the European Union "Promotion of marketing and processing", within the implementation of the Operational Program for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Croatia for the programming period 2014-2020 (hereinafter: Operational Program), and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) no. Regulation (EC) No 508/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund. The subject of support are activities related to the placing on the market of fishery and aquaculture products which are carried out with the aim of: a) finding new markets and improving market conditions; b) promoting quality and added value; c) contributing to the transparency of production and markets and conducting market research and studies on the European Union's dependence on imports; d) contributing to the traceability and development of environmental labels; e) conducting communication and promotional campaigns.
