Abstract
This Regulation determines the conditions, criteria and manner of granting state aid in fisheries, in accordance with the Temporary Framework for State aid measures for the purpose of supporting the economy in the current Covid-19 pandemic.
The subject of aid is the granting of state aid in marine fisheries on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, which is meant as an aid in order to eliminate serious disturbances in the economy due to the coronavirus epidemic in the following sectors: commercial fishing at sea; shellfish farming; breeding of cold-water fish species; breeding of warm-water species of freshwater fish; sea fish farming; processing of fishery products; fishing cooperatives.
