Abstract
This Regulation determines the necessary conditions, criteria and method of granting support under the EU priority "Promoting environmentally sustainable, resourceful, innovative, competitive and knowledge-based fisheries" measures "Fisheries Ports, Discharges, Fish Stocks and Shelters", that is part of the Operational Programme for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Croatia for the Programming Period 2014-2020, and further in accordance with several European Council Regulations as listed in the text.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
