Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the necessary conditions, criteria and method for granting aid under Measure I.9. "Temporary cessation of fishing activities" within the framework of the European Union priorities "Encouraging environmentally sustainable, resource efficient, innovative, competitive and knowledge-based fisheries", within the framework of the implementation of the Republic of Croatia Operational Programme for the programming period 2014-2020, and also in full accordance with many European Union Regulations as listed in the text.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
