Regulation on the conditions, criteria and method of granting support under measure I.9. "Temporary cessation of fishing activities" by bottom trawls for September/October 2019.

This Regulation sets out the necessary conditions, criteria and method for granting of support under the measure I.9. "Temporary cessation of fishing activities" within the framework of the European Union priorities "Promoting environmentally sustainable, resource efficient, innovative, competitive and knowledge based fisheries" as part of the implementation of the Operational Programme for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Croatia for 2014-2020 programmed period. This text is also in accordance with several European Union documents as listed in article 1.
The grant object of this Regulation is a compensation aimed for authorized marine fishing vessel holders and their crew members, as a financial compensation measure that should alleviate the damage deriving from such temporary cessation of fishing activities (if performed with bottom trawls or bottom trawled nets).
