Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary conditions which must be fulfilled by legal persons in order to perform activities regarding the professional environmental protection.
Professional environmental protection activities/affairs under this Regulation are: tasks related to environmental monitoring; development of guidance for various activities and environmental studies; affairs related to the professional preparation and development of environmental impact studies; education in order to acquire knowledge and training in the implementation of environmental protection standards; air quality monitoring and air emissions.
