Abstract
This Regulation provides all necessary standards for the correct and approved recognition of breeding organizations which maintain or establish a specific stud-books for breeding ungulates (on the territory of the Croatian Republic), also part of the rules and requirements prescribed by the Commission Decision 92/353/EEC laying down the criteria for the approval or recognition of organizations and associations which maintain or establish stud-books for registered equidae.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of article 7 (paragraph 3) and point 2 of the Annex II which shall enter into force upon the Croatian accession to the European Union.
