Abstract
This Regulation provides all necessary conditions for the recognition of equivalence to be met by forest reproductive material of the ”source identified“ and ”selected“ categories produced in foreign countries and imported into the Republic of Croatia; the list of countries from which the equivalent forest reproductive material may be imported; the documentation verifying the equivalence of the forest reproductive material; the conditions for approval and registration of the forest basic material facilities of the Pinus pinaster Ait. species of the ”qualified“ category of which each part cannot be identified; and the conditions for the import and marketing of the planting stock of species of Cedrus libani A.Rich. and Pinus brutia Ten. which are not in conformity with identification and labelling requirements.
On the basis of the official OECD Certificate of Provenance, the official body of the Republic of Croatia shall issue the Master Certificate for the seeds and planting materials recognised by this Regulation.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the eighth day after the day of its publication in the Official Gazette, with the exception of the provisions of articles 6 and 8 which shall enter into force on the date of the accession of the Republic of Croatia into the European Union.
