Regulation on the conditions related to the arrangement of facilities, equipment and veterinary professionals, to be met by natural and legal persons in the system implementation of veterinary services.

This Regulation provides for all necessary conditions, in terms of design of facilities, rooms, special facilities, veterinary equipment and professional staff, which for performing of the veterinary activities, must comply with veterinary organizations such as: veterinary stations with regional clinics, veterinary clinic, veterinary hospital, veterinary clinic, veterinary diagnostic and analytical laboratories and private veterinary practice and the veterinary service established in legal entities that carry out activities of animal husbandry and livestock production on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
This Regulation also governs the special conditions that must be met by veterinary station and veterinary clinic under the conduction of public authorities, as well as special conditions to be met by veterinary hospital, veterinary clinic, veterinary services and private veterinary practice, in carrying out certain tasks of public authority, and tasks related to the state administration.
