Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on radiological and nuclear safety, prescribes the conditions, methods and measures for the protection of persons exposed to medical radiation, the conditions to be met by a medical physics expert, the conditions for the implementation and manner of implementation of non-medical radiation and measures for the protection of persons exposed to non-medical radiation. This transposes the provisions of the Council Directive 2013/59/Euratom laying down basic safety standards for protection against the dangers arising from exposure to ionising radiation, and repealing Directives 89/618/Euratom, 90/641/Euratom, 96/29/Euratom, 97/43/Euratom and 2003/122/Euratom.
