Abstract
This Regulation provides the content, form and procedure for the correct keeping of the national Register of protected natural values, according to the Croatian Nature Protection Law.
The Register is public and contains two separate lists: a) list of protected natural values; b) list of protected areas of prevention; other integrated parts of the Register are: directory of protected natural values, directory of registered preventive protected areas, a collection of documents for the registration of protected natural values, a collection of documents for the preventive protection of certain areas, and also records of natural resources over which the protection is lifted or requested.
