Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on radiological and nuclear safety, determines the necessary content of request for obtaining consent for commencement or cessation of operation of a nuclear installation, as well as the required content of requests for approval for commencement or cessation of decommissioning of a nuclear installation. In addition to the list of documents that these requirements must include in order to prove compliance with the prescribed conditions, this Regulation also provides general conditions for different stages of related life cycle of such nuclear installations.
