Abstract
This Regulation establishes specific administrative and technical requirements to be observed when dealing with the privatization of agricultural land owned by the Republic of Croatia (Program for state-owned agricultural land disposal).
The Program also includes: the total area of agricultural land owned by the state, information about the current disposal of agricultural land owned by the state, areas designated for return of property pursuant to a special law, the area designated for sale, areas designated for concession area designated for lease.
Agricultural land owned by the state may be sold, leased and/or given in concession.
