Regulation on the criteria for determining compensation for damages to fish and other marine organisms.

This Regulation establishes the official criteria for determining the amount of damages committed by natural or legal persons acting with non-compliance when performing fishing or other related activities.
The damage of fish and other marine organisms on the territory of the Croatian Republic in terms of this Regulation means: the catch of under aged fish and other marine organisms, immature fish and other marine organisms, and young fish and other marine organisms which are protected or classified as insufficient size to be caught; the catch of fish and other marine organisms with the use of non-authorized equipment, method and/or fishing gear; any damage caused by the discharge of liquid or solid waste deriving from industrial or other production or processing or any other substances or materials that are destroying fish or other marine organisms, restricting their living space and which adversely affect the biological requirements for their survival and natural development.
