Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the criteria necessary for the correct procedure related to the extension of the obtained concession for public ports open to public traffic, and special or high international economic interest ports of the Republic of Croatia.
During the concession period, the holder of the obtained concession can, in order to realize new investments and in order to improve operations and increase traffic and environmental safety of the navigation related activities, apply for an extension of the concession period.
