Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions of the article 118 part of the Law on maritime domain and seaports (Official Gazette 158/2003, 141/2006 and 38/2009).
Changes are related to the state administration responsibilities that are better defined by this Regulation and are approved by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia and related to the marking and zoning of the maritime domain.
