This Regulation adopts the decision that grants the official concessions for the abstraction of water for public water supply for the Municipal Utility companies such as “Komunalac” Private Limited Liability Company, Senj (Croatian Republic).
This Regulation further defines all terms and standards to be respected during the authorized water abstraction related to the approved site and user.
