Abstract
This Regulation is hereby designated to "strictly protect" and "protect" wild species on the Red list of threatened species of animals, plants, fungi in the Croatian Republic, expert assessment of the State Institute for Nature Conservation and the obligations assumed under international treaties.
Strictly protected wild species are species of plants and fungi, wild animals that are found in a national park, strict reserve, and in a special reserve, in the case which the area is primarily protected, like all species of animals underground, and when not protected as a single species.
The Annexes I-VI are an integral part of this Regulation.
