Abstract
This Regulation defines the state border crossings for traffic with pesticides across the Croatian Republic and provides a way of exercising control over the import of plant protection products carried out by the phytosanitary inspectors.
Plant protection products may be imported into the Croatian Republic, just across the border crossings specified in this Regulation.
Plant protection products which are exported from the Croatian Republic or are in transit through the customs territory of the Croatia, are not subject to the supervision of phytosanitary inspection.
Phytosanitary inspections shall keep records on import and import prohibition of plant protection products. The records are kept in written or electronic form.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
On the effective date of this Regulation, the Regulation on the plant health control and control of plant protection products moving across the border (Official Gazette 22/04, 25/04, 60/04, 101/04 and 67/05) in the part where related to plant protection products, will be no longer in use.
