Abstract
This Regulation officially defines the demarcated areas (on the territory of the Croatian Republic) in which the mandatory implementation of the measures aimed to prevent the introduction and spread of the palm Paysadisia archon (Burmeister, 1880).
Demarcated areas consist of the infected area with a width of at least 1 km and its security perimeter located around the infected area, large at least 10 km.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
