Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all standards and rules correctly determining the installation of equipment for local distribution of thermal energy as mandatory heat supply, equipment for thermal emission and devices for measurement of thermal energy consumption in buildings constructed before the entry into force of the manufacturing, distribution and supply of thermal energy.
