Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the documentation and procedure for the conduction of public tenders for the lease of common pastures owned by the Republic of Croatia. The provisions of this text shall apply without prejudice to the provisions on keeping, marking, movement, traceability and control of animal diseases in the field of veterinary medicine and animal health. A public tender for the lease of common pastures is announced for a common pasture that is included in the Program for the Disposal of State-Owned Agricultural Land and is provided for by the Program for the lease of common pastures. Technical classification sheets and indicated forms are all given in the Annex of this text.
